Who runs Top Tool Stack
Top Tool Stack is published by a small team led by Evan Kelly, based between Asaka, Japan and the broader EU operations of Business Horse. We are operators, not influencers. We build, sell, and run AI workflows for real businesses, and we publish what we learn.
